These Rules are part of the Legacy Team Watcher Terms and Conditions.

1. Adults 21 and older only

Legacy Team Watcher is for adults 21 and older. Using the App means you confirm you are 21 or older. We set this age because 21 is the legal minimum for sports betting in Virginia, where we're based, and in many other states, and because the App deals with betting odds and bets placed elsewhere. [VERIFY: Va. Code § 58.1-4040 sets 21 as the minimum for sports bets in Virginia. The App takes no bets, so we adopt the same age voluntarily.]

2. Just for watching — no betting here

Legacy Team Watcher tracks scores and bets you placed elsewhere. You can't place a bet, deposit money, or win anything in the App. We don't link to or promote any sportsbook, and we never give picks or tips.

3. Play responsibly

• Bet only with money you can afford to lose. Never chase losses.
• Decide on a budget and a time limit before the games start.
• Betting is not a way to make money or solve money problems.
• Take breaks. To step away, turn off game alerts in Settings, remove the App's widgets, or delete the App.
• Never bet for or with anyone under 21.

Warning signs: betting more than you planned, borrowing to bet, hiding betting from people close to you, feeling restless when you're not betting, or betting to win back losses.

4. Get help — free, confidential, 24/7

Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (National Problem Gambling Helpline), or chat at 1800myreset.org. The older helpline number, 1-800-522-4700, still works.
[VERIFY: state-specific numbers. Some states require or promote their own helpline or 1-800-GAMBLER. Add a state-by-state list only after the attorney confirms which numbers are required.]

You can also ask a licensed sportsbook about deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion, and ask your state's gaming regulator about its self-exclusion program.

5. Parents and guardians

Legacy Team Watcher is not for anyone under 21. Our store listings are marked adults-only (18+, the highest age tier the stores offer). To block the App on a child's device, use Screen Time (iPhone) or Google Family Link (Android). Legacy Team Watcher keeps no account or data about anyone on our servers. Deleting the App from the device removes everything.
